The bottom trays are heavy-duty and won't warp or crack in the elements, giving you years of use. Each tray is also shaped with two durable handles on each end, so you can easily and gently move your setup without disturbing your growing cells.

What are the benefits starting seeds?

How Do I Start Seeds?

With our Seed Starting Supplies you do the following:

1. Add soil mix to the trays

2. Add seeds to the planting cells

3. Lightly water from the top, and fill the bottom tray.

Keep an eye on your trays until you see the the seeds germinate in 2-10 days!

When are seedling ready to plant?

Once they grow true leaves, bring them outside each day to begin to harden off.

After 5-7 days of gradual outside exposure your seedlings are ready to plant in the garden!

best seed staring trays we've ever used

These seed starting trays are fabulous. Got some for 2024 gardening and reordered for the upcoming 2025. They are incredibly sturdy, and the dome lids offer nice protective room for seedlings to grow. The watering system is really cool as the water goes in the middle of each unit and has a "trough" to deliver the water to each of the cells in that unit. Quite tricky and it works. We love these.

Good design and quality

They just arrived, in great shape, and look very sturdy. I bought the seedlings trays too, and can’t wait to get some planted! It’ll be nice to have water stay in the tray instead of getting wasted.

I am very pleased with this system

These are sturdy and should last many years. I have planted part of a flat in them and looking forward to using them this spring to start my peppers and tomatoes. I really like the watering domes and the design of the cells. The slits in the sides should air prune the roots to minimize transplant shock!
